User Interface & Experience

Using the GCAB-STK is intuitive. Load your standard 1″ plate (Olympic adapter optional), sit down, adjust the seat and leg pad to your size, and select your cam angle. The machine’s arm moves at approximately a 30° arc and the seat pad is angled around 18°, helping to align your spine across both movement directions. Every adjustment is within arm’s reach and clearly marked—so you can focus on quality reps, not setup.
