Warranty Registration

To ensure your warranty is valid, most manufacturers require product registration within a set timeframe after purchase. Please follow the registration instructions provided with your product and keep your original proof of purchase.


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please follow the steps below:

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

    • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Form (if applicable).

    • Products returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

  4. Return or Service Process

    • Once approved, we will guide you through shipping the product back or connecting directly with the manufacturer’s service department.

    • Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, your product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.


Important Notes

  • Warranties cover defects in material or workmanship but do not cover damage from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs by non-approved service providers, or outdoor use of indoor-only products will void warranty coverage.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the coverage period as defined by the manufacturer.

  • Replacement products or parts provided under warranty do not extend the original coverage period
