Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship International

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 5:00 pm CST begin processed the same business day; those placed after begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Orders arrive within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing, depending on destination.

Total timeline: 2–10 business days from the date you place your order.

Large or heavy items ship via freight carrier. Here’s what to expect:

Once your order reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule delivery.

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside (end of driveway/curb, not inside).

An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery.

Please inspect the shipment before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 30 days

Return Period: 30 days from delivery date.

Refund Processing: Within 10 business days from receipt.

Return Shipping: Covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Email sales@primal-fitness.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.

Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization with detailed instructions.

Safely package the item with all original tags/packaging and attach the return authorization form.

Ship using a reliable service with tracking. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Notes:

  • We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
  • Card details are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.
  • Shop Pay Installments: Eligible U.S. customers may split orders between $35–$30,000 into smaller bi-weekly or monthly payments (interest-free on 2–4 payments; 6–36% APR on monthly plans).
  • Venmo: Allows checkout with Venmo balance, linked account, debit, or credit card (3% fee on credit card funding — Venmo’s fee, not Primal Fitness’s).

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Contact our support team right away, and we’ll assist if possible.
