Position the seat, set your desired weight stack, and load the handles—no bars or collars required. As you press, the arms move with a controlled arc. For one-arm work, you can easily rotate a pulley and use only one handle. Users can perform pressing movements while seated or standing, with adjustable seat height and rotating pulleys providing a range of positions.

Absolutely. On the opposite side of the station, you can stand and press vertically using the same handles and stack.
Does storage or dismantling limit space use?
At 50 inches wide, it fits most fitness rooms or corners. Once placed, it stays in place unless moved by two or more individuals.
