How Shop Pay Installments Works

Eligibility Range: Available for purchases between $35 USD and $30,000 USD.

Flexible Options:

Two biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $35 to $50 USD.

Four biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $50 to $999.99 USD.

Monthly payments for orders from $150 to $30,000 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 0 to 36% APR where available and subject to federal, state, and provincial regulatory limitations. Orders paid for in monthly installments can be paid in 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months depending on the purchase amount.

If an order exceeds $20,000 USD, then the customer pays a down payment for the remaining balance upfront. For example, if the order total is $25,000 USD, then the customer pays $5,000 USD upfront, and the remaining $20,000 USD is split into equal, interest-bearing, monthly payments.

The remaining payments are automatically charged to the customer's card based on the payment schedule they choose. Customers get an email reminder before each payment is charged.
After the order is completed, you receive full payment for the order upfront, excluding the fee incurred for using Shop Pay Installments.
Refunding An Order with Shop Pay Installments
When processing a return for an order made with Shop Pay Installments, the refund is always sent back to the customer's original payment method. Please note the following key rules, as mandated by the lending partner (Affirm):

Non-Refundable Interest: If the customer has made payments that included interest charges, that interest is considered the cost of borrowing and is not refundable. Only the principal portion of the payment is returned.

Store Credit Impact: Issuing a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card has no effect on the customer's payment obligation to Affirm. The customer must still complete all remaining payments to Affirm according to their original schedule. For this reason, we highly recommend that all refunds be processed back to the original payment method.

Returns: If you return an item purchased with Shop Pay Installments, your refund will be applied to your outstanding balance. If your refund exceeds the balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Pre-Orders and Lead Times: For items with extended delivery times, payments may be due before your order arrives.

Are there late fees?
No. Shop Pay Installments does not charge late fees.
Can I use a debit card?
Yes. The installment option works with debit cards.
Why was my application denied?
Primal Fitness does not have access to approval decisions. Shop Pay/ Affirm will notify you directly if your application is denied.
Can I pay off my plan early?
Yes, you can pay off your remaining balance at any time without penalty.
