User Interface & Experience
The DABBSF is intuitive: just sit, adjust the seat and leg pad as needed, select your cam angle, and begin. The oversized 9″ roller pad provides torso support during crunch and back-extension movements. Adjustment labels and pin stops are visible while seated, allowing users to transition between movements or change settings without leaving the machine.

It uses a sectorized weight stack (not plate-loaded). Standard 210 lb stack included. A 310 lb upgrade is available.

Q: Do I have to reposition to switch between ab and back?
