Limited Warranty Term
Golden Designs, Inc. provides warranty coverage for the wood cabinet, frame, electronics, and heating components on all Dynamic saunas. Protection ranges from 1 year to 5 years, beginning on the original date of purchase.
Indoor Use Requirement
These saunas are designed for use indoors only. Installation outdoors or in an exposed environment (including areas affected by rain, snow, direct sun, wind, or severe temperature swings) will void all coverage. Any modification of the sauna or its parts will also void coverage.

Wood Structure: Covered for 1 year from purchase date

Heating Elements: Covered for 5 years from purchase date

Audio/Radio Equipment: Covered for 1 year from purchase date
What Is Not Covered
The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

Use in a commercial or institutional setting

Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product

Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

Incorrect installation or placement on unapproved surfaces

Application of paints, lacquers, or surface treatments

Exposure to outdoor conditions

Normal wear and aging of wood or finishes

Use of the unit in ways not described in the owner’s manual

Electrical issues caused by improper outlets or worn receptacles
Important: Small surface cracks or minor expansion/contraction in the wood are a natural effect of sauna environments and are not considered defects.
Activating Your Warranty
Golden Designs requires warranty registration within 60 days of purchase. Customers should complete the registration form included with the sauna and submit it with a copy of the purchase receipt, which serves as proof of purchase.
