User Interface & Experience

1. Sit, adjust your press arm and stabilizers.

2. Grip the handle, press inward or pull down.

3. Shift to seated rowing by changing hand attachment and posture.

The seat pad and back support stay aligned through each variation. As you swap from chest motions to back training, the frame remains stable across exercises, allowing you to move between chest and back training without readjusting the cables.
