Built on 2" × 4" 11-gauge steel tubing and precision-welded for stability and durability. Despite its rugged build, it fits into tighter spaces.
User Interface & Experience
The GCAB-STK allows core exercises from a fixed seated position. Load standard 1″ plates (Olympic adapter optional), adjust the seat and leg pad, and select the cam angle. The resistance arm moves on a 30° arc, and the seat is angled at 18°. Adjustment points are labeled and accessible while seated.

FAQ
Do I need to move the machine to switch from abs to back exercises?
No. You remain seated and reverse the motion direction. The adjustable cam arm is designed for both movements.
What type of weight plates does this use?
It accepts 1″ standard plates. If you prefer Olympic plates (2″), you can add an adapter sleeve.
Is it easy for different users to adjust?
Yes—seat height, cam position, and leg pad can all be adjusted while seated using secure pop-pins. No tools needed during use.
Can this go in a home gym?
Yes. Though built to commercial standards, its 55″ × 50″ footprint allows placement in many home training spaces.
