Switching between exercises is quick and straightforward. For leg extensions, sit with your back against the pad, place your legs behind the lower roller, and extend upward in a controlled arc. For leg curls, adjust to a prone position with the roller behind your ankles and curl your legs toward your body.
The selector pin lets you change resistance in seconds, making it easy to adapt to different training levels or alternate between users.
