User Interface & Experience
You step up to the bench, load your Olympic weight plates, and lift the press arms into their starting position. The padded seat adjusts by gas lift to help align your body during pressing movements. The arms move in an upward arc, and each lever can be used independently for single-side pressing. Assembly generally requires two people and takes approximately 1–2 hours using standard tools.
