FAQ
Is Olympic bar or weight plates included?
No. The SOIB250 is supplied as bench-only; you’ll need an Olympic bar set with 2" sleeves to match the long bar loading capacity.
What size racks does it fit under?
The 73.8″ length is compatible with most 84″ power racks, as long as cross-members clear the seat height (approximately 24″–26″ from floor).
How heavy is it to move?
At 174 lb, it’s best handled with two people. Once placed, the structure remains stable without anchoring.
Does the spotter platform adjust?
No. It is fixed height to match typical barbell catch height on rack-mounted stands—designed for hand-off safety.
Can this be used in a home or garage setup?
A: Yes. The powder-coated frame and padded upholstery are designed for indoor environments, including residential spaces.
